*SECOND* Pocket Pieces

$10.00
Sold Out

These PIECES are considered seconds because while they are functional, but the aesthetic is not what I was looking for. Some may be because of the shape and some may be because of the glaze results.

Perfect little pillows to carry in your pocket!

This piece starts as a slab of stoneware clay. T The slab is then hand formed into a unique cannabis pipe. The surfaces are decorated in various ways from illustrations to texture. Some have gold, silver and mother of pearl to make them just a little extra (that’s why some are hard to take pictures of…I’m a potter, not a photographer!) The inside is glazed for ease of cleaning.

Each ceramic piece is hand built using a porcelaneous stoneware and fired to approximately 2260°F in a kiln.

There are different cleaners you can buy on the commercial market. Personally, I use a high percentage isopropyl alcohol as a solvent and some kosher salt for an abrasive. It’s cheap, convenient, and I keep it in my pantry.
